Ingredients of the Product:

Fresh cottage cheese, salty yoghurt, sweet pepper pastry, spices, olive oil.

Preparation of the Product:

It is unique to Hatay/Antakya region and cooked at wood fire, daily. It is made of brown wheat. It contains thyme, local olive oil, spices, onions and salt. Our products that is completely natural, prepared by grinding the brown bread into flour at the stone mill, are packaged under hygiene conditions.

Usage:

You may present the flavor of Handmade Local Peppered Bread, that introduces you with the flavors of civilization tables, at your hosting’s and celebrations with real pleasure to your loved ones.

Storage Conditions:

It is needed to be stored in dry and cool places. You can put it into the freezer to keep fresh for the long term use. It can be eaten after being taken out of the freezer and heated.

Delivery Type:

Our product is packaged as 8 each. Our handmade local peppered bread is offered for sale with suitable food packages in order not to be damaged while delivery. It is stored and shipped in a Styrofoam box with ice gel. Our products may safely be sent to anywhere of Turkey in four seasons by being packaged under the food protection conditions.
