Hatay Handmade Local Persimmon Kombe
Persimmon Kombe is the version of Hatay/Antakya kombe, that is very delicious cookie. It is very common in Mediterranean region. They are produced daily and extremely fresh. There may be differences at their appearance and shapes as we use various molds. No additives included. No colorants, preserver, acid regulator and flavoring included. It is completely natural and handmade.
All of our products are produced under hygienic conditions and the hygienic production conditions are registered with TSE Covid-19 safe production certificate.
Ingredients of the Product:
Flour, butter, sugar, baking powder, special kombe species, persimmon, sesame.
Preparation of the Product:
A delicious cookie dough obtained after all the ingredients stirred. It has the shapes unique to itself. It is cooked after the desired shape given. Our products are packaged under hygienic conditions.
Usage:
You may present the flavor of kombe that introduces you with the flavors of civilization tables, at your hosting’s, five o’clock teas and celebrations with real pleasure to your loved ones.
Storage Conditions:
It is needed to be stored in dry and cool places. It keeps its freshness if it is kept in jar as it does not contain egg.

Our product is packaged as 1 kg. Our kombe is offered for sale with suitable food packages in order not to be damaged while delivery. It is stored and shipped in a Styrofoam box with ice gel. Our products may safely be sent to anywhere of Turkey in four seasons by being packaged under the food protection conditions.
